Product Description

The Edelbrock Carburetor Spacer allows you to space carburetors above the intake flange to increase plenum area for more torque and horsepower. This aluminum carburetor spacer includes heat-insulating phenolic fiber. It insulates and tunes the carburetor and manifolds power band. This spacer extends the length of the intake mixture column to improve air and fuel distribution. This carburetor spacer includes mounting hardware and gasket. This carburetor spacer comes with 1/2 inch thickness and it fits dual-plane intake manifolds.

      Not all of us are looking for drag strip performance, I needed daily driver drivability. The only gripe I have is the gasket does not also cover the split. Not a suprise, the picture is accurate. I used with my 2101 intake.

      1/18/15 edit: Today the picture is NOT ACCURATE! This model number is for the SPLIT PLENTUM spacer. Make sure this is what you want, it is what I wanted. I do not know why the picture is incorrect today.

      If you have a spread bore dual plane intake and square bore Carb you need a cheaper adapter plate available at most stores

      I'm not too sure why the advertisement shows an aluminum spacer and also a black plastic spacer because the black plastic spacer was not in the package I was a little disappointed about that one. Especially when given the price. What I got was very expensive. 1 in spacers are half the price of this. A half inch spacer for 78 bucks Canadian is very expensive. As mentioned I thought the aluminum was in there with the plastic as well. Disappointing. I'll still give a four-star because it did come with what I needed to install.
